Introduction of high-strength q&T steel plate
A high-strength tempered steel plate is a kind of structural steel plate that has been quenched and tempered to achieve high strength and excellent overall performance. The mechanical and processing properties of steel are improved by heating and cooling the steel plate. The tempered steel plate can withstand severe impact and wear. The main high-strength structural steel plates are as follows.

Q460 high-strength steel plate
Steel grade by the initial letters of the Hanyu Pinyin on behalf of the yield strength, the minimum yield strength value, quality level of the three parts of the sequence.
Q: The first letter of the Chinese spelling of " Qu", also means yield strength.
460: The minimum yield strength is 460 MPa ( steel diameter ≤ 16mm)
C/D/E/F: The quality grade of steel.

Application Of High-strength Q&t Steel Plate
1.Construction
High-strength quenched and tempered steel plates are used for manufacturing large steel structural components. They also provide stable support and weighing capacity for high-rise buildings.
2.Mechanical field
Some equipment is subjected to high stresses and shocks during operation. With good performance of high-strength and toughness, this type of steel plate can withstand the harsh working environment.
3.Shipbuilding and marine steel platform
Quenched and tempered steel plates are used in shipbuilding and offshore steel platforms due to they have anti-corrosion resistance.
4.Bridges
High-strength structural steel plates are ideal for constructing main girders and supports for bridges.
