Hardox 450 Plate

In the manufacturing of heavy mechanical equipment, the entire hardox 450 steel plate cannot be used directly. It must undergo precise processing such as cutting, bending, beveling, and drilling to form the required structural components or wear-resistant linings.

Due to high hardness and excellent wear resistance, Hardox 450 imposes stricter requirements on machining equipment and processing standards.

Plasma cutting technology maintains a dimensional accuracy within ±1mm, which is critical for minimizing errors during subsequent fabrication steps.

As illustrated in figure 2, a 40mm thick Hardox 450 plate has been successfully beveled and bent using a 4000-ton CNC press brake to produce a heavy-duty excavator lining. And arc curvature inspection (figure 3) guarantees adherence to specification and the client's requirements.

Furthermore, we also prefabricated precision parts (like figure 4) for use in mining structures and construction machinery. These high-performance components help minimize machine downtime and reduce long-term maintenance costs, offering enhanced durability in extreme working conditions.
